We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Manna International Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the management of inventory, staff, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff
  • Ensure the efficient use of equipment and resources
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment
Work Setting:
  • Warehouse
  • Wholesalers
Tasks:
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
