Food Service Team Lead

Taco Time is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it is prepared to our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
