Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, organize workflows, and optimize logistics operations.
- Lead a Team: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition materials, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments and work units to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and QuickBooks.
