Food Service Team Lead

At Pita Pit, we're seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers. Your expertise in food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision will be essential in maintaining our high standards. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
* Ensuring food and service meet quality control standards
* Addressing customer complaints and concerns
* Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
