About the Role

Cube Mechanical Ltd is seeking a skilled Apprentice Plumber to join our team. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced plumbers in various tasks related to plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Assist in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Site Preparation: Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Pipe Fitting and Testing: Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, and test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Piping System Requirements: Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Pipe Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
