As a Head Chef at House of India, you will oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management will be invaluable in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff supervision, and sanitation
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Dependability, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude

Work Environment:

  • Restaurant setting with fast-paced environment
