We are seeking a skilled Computer Service Technician to join our team at WiFi Computers. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair for our clients' computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Use specialized tools to inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify any faults or malfunctions.
- Diagnose and Repair Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults, and make the necessary repairs to get our clients' systems up and running.
- Complete Work Orders: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and prepare cost estimates for our clients.
- Prepare Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance, and communicate with clients to ensure they are aware of the costs involved.
- Read Blueprints and Drawings: Read blueprints and drawings to understand the technical specifications of electronic equipment and assemblies.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
