About the Role

As a Pastry Craftsman, you will be responsible for baking mixed dough and batters, frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods, drawing up production schedules, and ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to meet customer demand.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to enhance their visual appeal.
  • Drawing up production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate machinery efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Work Term: Permanent position available.
  • Work Language: English required.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
