Job Description

As a key member of the Compliance and Regulations Department, you will play a crucial role in the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Department. Your primary responsibility will be to support and provide expertise to SPMs (Supplier Performance Managers) and SFQLs (Supplier Flow Quality Leaders) in their missions to improve the maturity of Safran Landing Systems' suppliers.

You will work closely with a team of three people to provide methodological support to SPMs and PQFFs in their missions, helping them deploy Safran Quality requirements at suppliers, recommended methodologies linked to the global SLS strategy, and Quality problem-solving tools such as problem solving, causal analysis, 8D, SMS, APQP, AMDEC, PPAP, MSP, and QRQC.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to coordinate internal quality stakeholders, set up quality plans or delegations for common suppliers and quality issues, and work closely with other members of the FQA Department (auditors, supplier approval and monitoring process referents) and experts and specialists in the Quality and Compliance Department.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background, ideally with a specialization in Quality, and 3-4 years of successful professional experience in operational functions. You should also have a good command of the main Quality tools and be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team, and have a strong sense of reliability and availability for travel, both in France and abroad.
