We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse in Halifax, NS.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare professionals looking to explore new locations while making a positive impact on patients' lives. As a Travel Nurse with TEEMA, you will have the chance to work in various settings and gain diverse experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in acute care settings, particularly in cardiovascular, thoracic, and general medical patients.
  • Work effectively in Emergency Rooms and possess PALS certification.
  • Administer IV medications and manage IV initiation skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Acute care experience, preferably in cardiovascular, thoracic, and general medical settings.
  • PALS certification and ACLS certification.
  • IV medication administration and IV initiation skills.
  • Experience with CTAS and TNCC courses.
