  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring a positive image is presented to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Deltek Vision, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
  • Ability to calculate cost opinions, change orders, and earned value.
  • Ability to develop engineering cost proposals and identify risks.
  • Understanding of HVAC criteria for industrial projects and capability as a technical specialist in energy analysis, equipment selection, and specification.
