About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team at DOABA A-1 RENOVATION as a Painter and Decorator Helper. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our painters and decorators in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and efficient workflow.
  • Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites, removing rubble and debris to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support Services: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to train and develop skills in painting and decorating, as well as other areas of the renovation process.
Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and develop skills in painting and decorating, as well as other areas of the renovation process.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
