Job Description

At Tomato E-commerce Inc, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Delivery Drivers: Oversee a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their delivery targets.
  • Monitor Delivery Operations: Track and analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Coordinate with Customers: Communicate with customers to resolve any delivery issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Create and implement processes to improve delivery efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
