Job Title: Kitchen Manager

At Jimmy The Greek, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Menu Planning: Work with our culinary team to plan and implement new menu items, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
