Apartment Maintenance Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Maintenance Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our apartments, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and working collaboratively with our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily apartment cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary, but a customer service approach and ability to work independently are essential
  • Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service
  • Autonomy and discretion to work independently and make decisions
