Job Title: Maintenance Attendant

COGIR Real Estate is seeking a skilled Maintenance Attendant to join our team. As a Maintenance Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and perform tasks associated with apartment maintenance
  • Make service calls and respond to resident requests
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements:
  • No experience necessary, but a customer service approach and autonomy are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
