About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading design projects and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional engineering license (P.Eng.) with a minimum of 3 years of civil design experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in design software and tools.
