Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 software engineers
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence
  • Provide technical guidance and make critical decisions to meet project milestones
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • ~3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience of a team of at least 15 software engineers
  • ~ Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
  • ~ Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, with emphasis on HL7 FHIR
