Senior Manager, Data Science Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Data Science team and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Data Science Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of data scientists to investigate complex business issues and develop data-driven solutions
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into business decision-making
  • Developing and implementing data strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists and a track record of delivering impactful analyses
  • A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative role
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional working skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, statistical analysis software, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
