Job Title: Dispatch Logistician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Logistician to join our team at Kooner Transport Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our transportation network.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Client-focused and efficient in interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Team player with accurate and initiative skills.
