Job Overview

The Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Enterprise Testing Team conducts design and operating effectiveness testing of AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC controls within TD's business lines.

We are seeking a Manager, FCRM Testing to lead teams responsible for conducting second line FCRM testing and oversight of assigned testing engagement plans, including reporting findings to stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Provides leadership by hiring talent, setting goals, managing performance, and promoting teamwork.
  • Manage teams of Testing analysts/leads in executing testing engagements.
  • Participate in annual planning for testing engagements.
  • Responsible for oversight and approval of planning memos and test steps.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners across FCRM.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to projects.
  • Identify matters requiring further attention and liaise with appropriate staff.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CAMS designation (or similar) preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in AML/ATF, audit, or control testing roles.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in an FIU or knowledge of FIU related processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and control frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize work while meeting deadlines.

  • Typically a subject matter expert for a functional area.
  • Key contact for business management.
  • Focus on short to mid-term planning.
  • Deep knowledge of businesses and organizational practices.
  • Set operational team direction.
  • Oversee team management with moderate to high risk potential.
