We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Lead to join our team at Moores. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail excellence, customer satisfaction, and leadership development.
About the Role:
The Store Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing store team. As a Store Lead, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales, customer service, and operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead the store team in achieving sales and customer service goals
- Train and develop high-performing store teams
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Exceed customer expectations through exceptional customer service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to operate a computer and POS system
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. You will also have opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
Work Location:
This role is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and may require occasional travel to other locations.
