About the Role:

We are seeking a Store Leadership and Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Foot Locker. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and Motivating Team Members: Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver top-notch customer service and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
  • Executing Company Standards: Implement and maintain company standards in recruiting, hiring, training, guest services, visual merchandising, and store operations to drive sales and maximize profit goals.
  • Driving Key Performance Indicators: Develop and execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability, enhance brand loyalty, and create a natural and personable experience for customers.
  • Partnering with Customers and Sales Associates: Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, store leadership, and corporate business partners to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Leadership Ability: Proven track record of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience, motivating results through enthusiasm and interaction.
  • Cognitive and Mathematical Skills: Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.

Salary Range:

$53,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
