About the Role

As a Manager, Global Mobility Services, you'll take a leading role in managing client engagements and growing our global mobility services practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing Canadian and US personal income tax returns, payroll calculations, and tax equalizations
  • Researching, financial modeling, writing, and delivering technical tax analyses and recommendations supporting employee relocations
  • Providing tax advice and solutions to clients
  • Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members for accuracy and completeness
  • Managing and mentoring staff
  • Collaborating with colleagues in other service lines and other Grant Thornton member firms
  • Monitoring engagement budgets and project milestones
  • Contributing to building our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice
