Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the breakfast service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Engage with guests, provide excellent service, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area according to brand standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure a consistent and high-quality breakfast experience.
  • Ensure the coffee station is always fresh and fully stocked, and that the lobby and work area are clean and free of debris.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, empty trash, and mop as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash and store utensils, plates, cutlery, and serving equipment after use.
  • Monitor and record cleaning schedules to ensure the hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee and monitor meeting room and boardroom operations, including preparation and cleaning.
  • Assist with banqueting needs for meeting rooms and other events.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure the hotel runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software.
  • Excellent grooming standards and a professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and adapt to changing priorities.
