About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless breakfast service during peak hours
- Provide outstanding guest service and engagement
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area according to brand standards
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies throughout breakfast hours
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and work area
- Clear and sanitize tables, empty trash, and mop as needed
- Wash and store utensils, plates, and serving equipment
- Monitor inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper dating
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments
- Oversee meeting room and boardroom operations, including preparation and cleaning
- Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations
- Excellent grooming standards and attention to detail
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations
