About the Role:

The National Ballet of Canada is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Arts and Culture to lead our team. As a key member of our senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our arts and culture programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement arts and culture programs that promote the National Ballet of Canada's mission and values.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality arts and culture programs and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Represent the National Ballet of Canada at external events and meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in arts and culture management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful arts and culture programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
