Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas that showcase our Greek cuisine
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation
    • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure smooth service
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety
    • Implement and maintain effective food safety protocols to prevent contamination and foodborne illness
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to reduce waste and minimize costs
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
    • Ability to train and develop a team of cooks and kitchen staff
