Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and troubleshoot GPS devices and related electronic devices
  • Communicate with clients during all aspects of testing and troubleshooting
  • Use a case/ticket system to record troubleshooting results and send updates to customers
  • Program devices using industry-specific software according to customer specifications
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn a variety of software programs quickly
