Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

Maisonscapes Construction Corp. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our landscape construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Organize and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for each project, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of workers supervised, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various work sites.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Excellent judgment, teamwork, dependability, and reliability skills.
