Job Title: Registered Nurse - Community Visit Role
Job Summary:
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Brantford and surrounding areas. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, making a difference in their lives every day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching.
- Travel throughout Brantford and Brant County for client visits.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Teach and delegate tasks to various levels of staff and client family members.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Current CPR certification.
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
