About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioanalysis Scientist to join our team at ITR Laboratories Canada Inc. as we continue to expand our services in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct bioanalysis experiments and data interpretation in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement extraction techniques, including protein precipitation, liquid-liquid, and solid-phase extraction.
  • Operate and maintain Liquid Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) instruments.
  • Analyze, document, and summarize results, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to quality assurance comments and participate in the daily operational tasks of the laboratory.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College or Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience and knowledge of analytical instrumentation, particularly LC-MS/MS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, with the ability to contribute to report writing.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
  • At least 6 months' experience in a similar role is required.
