Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Nature and Community Exploration Club. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our before and after school programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote child development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and partnerships
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
  • 2 years of experience working with children in a group setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
