Information Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at The Duncan Academy. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems and providing expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, and conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Resolve conflict situations, conduct usability testing, and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
