Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Donair Shack. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including loading buspans and trays, operating dishwashers, and packaging take-out food.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Housekeeping: Clean and maintain the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
