Nk'Mip Cellars, a premier Indigenous-owned winery, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a key member of our dining experience team, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional guest experiences that complement our award-winning wines.
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our experienced team to provide necessary tools and support for daily lunch service, dinner service, and private events.
- Uphold our commitment to offering local, quality food in a timely and consistent manner.
- Execute daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as directed by our Executive Chef, ensuring a prepared team and a clean restaurant for positive guest experiences.
Requirements
- Courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking ability and a strong work ethic, both individually and as part of a team.
- Food Safe & WHIMIS are assets, with training provided as needed.
- Ability to lift 40lbs, work in hot summer temperatures, and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for team members and guests.
