What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and planning of resident needs, delivery of skilled procedures, medication administration, and documentation in accordance with quality management, legislative requirements, and Sienna Senior Living standards.
  • Collaborate with residents or their substitute decision makers about their needs, preferences, and health status.
  • Create, develop, and evaluate plans of care and goals of care with residents or their substitute decision makers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse or the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Knowledgeable with nursing process, developments, and current trends in the geriatric care field.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated administrative and computer skills with experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and organize work in response to patient needs.
