Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Supervisor to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline associates and providing technical expertise to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily work direction to frontline associates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet production goals.
- Utilize technical systems for reporting and analytics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Lead daily performance meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and set goals for the team.
- Conduct performance coaching, provide individual feedback, and issue corrective action to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Make daily decisions impacting the business, including managing time and payroll systems.
- Handle all team performance and personnel issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent background preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to instruct and teach others.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Knowledge of general regulatory and safety processes and procedures, with mechanical and technical aptitude.
