Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jacal Inv. Inc. as a key member of our food service establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical demands of the job
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and hot environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires a high level of physical and mental stamina, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
