V Eatery Seeks Head Chef with Proven Track Record in Managing Kitchen Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at V Eatery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for successful realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role
  • Proven expertise in Vietnamese cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
