Head Chef with Vietnamese Cuisine Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at V Eatery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for successful realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role
- Proven expertise in Vietnamese cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year
