Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our business goals and customer preferences.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
