Capital Program Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in a mining environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contractor supervision on surface properties and ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of activities to support the execution of our Capital program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractors on surface properties to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project schedules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, safety specialists, project managers, engineers, and planners to ensure seamless execution of surface capital project field activities.
- Provide site-specific construction expertise to ensure alignment with owner policies and procedures.
- Review and monitor project and site processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A degree or experience in piping, mechanical, electrical, mining, or civil engineering.
- A minimum of five years of related field coordination/management experience.
- Previous potash mine experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
