Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NS LTD. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties
  • Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise as needed
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that the store is running smoothly
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are easily accessible to customers
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
