Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Auto Country. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Assemble and inspect containers and crates to ensure they are properly prepared for shipping.
  • Verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics activities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
