Job Title: Construction Labourer

Lawnsmart & Snow Removal Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Measure and prepare materials for rigging and hoisting.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and execute tasks accordingly.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Handling heavy loads and equipment.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
