Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at VALPO CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week.
