About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Interiors Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, taping joints, and applying successive coats of compound to ensure a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
