Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Regional Sales Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure effective sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Initiative: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
