We are seeking a skilled Sterilization and Support Professional to join our team at Dr. Sachdeva Dental Corporation. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care
- Follow through on treatment programs with patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Set up and dismantle equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Clean and maintain equipment, adhering to strict sterilization protocols
- Record vital signs, accurately documenting patient information
- Maintain supplies, ordering and stocking as needed
- Process files and paperwork, ensuring timely and efficient administrative tasks
- Schedule and confirm appointments, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed environment
- Order dental and office supplies, supporting the smooth operation of our practice
- Maintain and order supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace
- Perform reception and clerical duties, providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Record dental procedures performed on patients, accurately documenting treatment and outcomes
- Fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility
- Work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in high-stress situations
- Repetitive tasks, necessitating attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors
- Tight deadlines, requiring efficient time management and prioritization
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset, with equivalent experience considered
