  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily transportation operations, supervise drivers, and manage logistics to ensure seamless delivery of goods.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a supervisor or manager in a transportation or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as labor laws and standards.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
